$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gforge 

gforge is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gforge package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gforge *

You will get with gforge package name, version, architecture and description in a table

gforge package basic information:
